Subject: Upcoming Gearco UI Modernization
Resolved - Hello,

Over the next several weeks, we will begin rolling out a series of **Gearco UI enhancements** focused on modernizing the overall user experience and making Gearco cleaner, easier to navigate, and more efficient.

An important part of this effort is maintaining the workflows our teams already know. While screens may become more modern and easier to use, our goal is to make these improvements with **minimal impact to existing processes, field locations, and day-to-day workflows**. We are modernizing the experience without unnecessarily changing how people work.

Some improvements will be subtle, while others will be more noticeable. As changes are introduced that meaningfully affect the user experience, we will provide a **Gearco Wiki notice in advance** explaining what is changing, why we are making the change, and what users should expect.

Our first upcoming enhancement is:

**Independent Scrolling for Multi-Column Screens**

This enhancement allows individual columns on selected Gearco screens to scroll independently. It provides better access to information on longer screens while allowing important information in the other columns to remain visible. The underlying workflow remains the same.

This is the beginning of a broader effort to continue evolving Gearco while preserving the familiarity and efficiency our users depend on every day.
