Gearco Cloud Credit Cards (BOA / Payment Fusion Axia / Credit Card Vault)
BOA has advised they have a solution and are actively updating affected merchants and bringing them back online to restore consistent transaction processing via the vault.
At this time, we are seeing strong improvement. Many clients have confirmed the issue is resolved, and we have spot-checked multiple properties with successful processing.
If your property is still experiencing issues, please report it to Support so we can investigate further.

We are continuing to work with Bank of America on the ongoing issue impacting tokenized card processing.
BOA has advised that they are currently merchants and bring them back online. These changes are intended to restore consistent transaction processing via the vault.
We have also observed that some merchants were able to process transactions intermittently earlier today, indicating this is not a full outage but rather an inconsistent service issue.
At this time, we are seeing properties begin to come back online. You can check your vault directly to confirm your current status.
